• We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms
• Lifetime access means access for as long as the course is hosted on our platform

4. Payment and Pricing

All payments for courses must be made through our approved payment methods. You agree that:

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees
• Payment information must be accurate and current
• Failed payments may result in loss of access to paid content

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
• Each user is eligible for a maximum of 3 refunds per calendar year
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Bundle purchases may have different refund terms

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on VibernetsHub, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VibernetsHub or our content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute course content without authorization
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course videos or materials
• Use automated systems to access or download content
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks from any content
• Share or resell course content to third parties

7. User Conduct

You agree to use VibernetsHub in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
• Posting or transmitting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibernetsHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or courses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service that gave rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform and course content will immediately cease.
